If a product is damaged in transport the customer will receive a replacement as soon as this can be determined. The customer can contact the shipping company or InstaShaker directly.
The InstaShaker warranty covers against manufacturing defects and not damages due to external factors such as water damaged motors, cracked plastic, chipped edges or any other damages due to accidents or wear and tear.

2. Fill out the form using your order ID, name and phone number. Please describe the issue as well as you can and upload images if necessary.
3. Allow for 1-2 working days for our team to process your warranty claim.
